The works comprise the construction of the two story “base building”.

Ground floor- lobby, ladies and gents washrooms, janitors room, air handles rooms, electrical and T&TEC metering and switch rooms, meeting rooms, sorting, filing and storage rooms, Stairwells and lift.

First Floor- Meeting Rooms, offices, storage rooms, lunch room, sick bay, ladies and gents washrooms, janitors room, air handler rooms, electrical/UPS room, stairwells and lift.

Works consisted of Foundation works including civil infrastructure, frame and external walls, roof works, wall and floor finishes, glazing works windows and doors.

We constructed the base building which consisted of substructure, structural steel framing (inclusive of fireproofing), an innovative state of the art Curtain Wall glazing system, all services installation (which includes electrical, plumbing, lift & air conditioning), paved car park areas and landscaping.
