Our story
TC International began in 2000 with George A. Laquis II and a commitment to building well. From our early general building work, we have grown into a general contracting and property development company delivering residential, commercial and institutional projects across Trinidad & Tobago.
As the company grew, so did our capabilities. Today, we bring together site assessment, estimating, design coordination, construction and interior finishing, supported by our group companies’ expertise in joinery and finishes. This allows us to stay closely involved from the first plans to the final details.
Our growth has been built on experience, lasting relationships and pride in our work. These remain at the heart of TC: understanding what each project needs, taking responsibility for its delivery and creating spaces that serve people for years to come.
