How TC International Contracting Limited collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us through this website. Last updated 30 September 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by TC International Contracting Limited ("TC International", "we", "us"), TC International Building, Lots 1 & 1A, Diamond Vale Industrial Estate, Diego Martin, Trinidad & Tobago. You can contact us about privacy at tc@tcitt.com or +1 (868) 633 4131.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, location, timing and any project details or files you choose to send. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. If we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, they may set cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange site visits, manage any resulting project, and keep business records. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed: with our subsidiaries, Total Custom Woodworking and Luxury Finishes Design Centre, when your project involves joinery or finishes; with consultants or subcontractors working on your project; with service providers who host our website and email; and where required by law.
Embedded video and links
Our corporate video is hosted on Vimeo and only loads when you choose to play it, at which point Vimeo's own privacy policy applies. Links to other websites, including our social media pages, are governed by those sites' policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for contractual, warranty, legal and accounting purposes.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email tc@tcitt.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
