How we contract
We offer general contracting and design-build, depending on how your project is planned and the level of coordination you need.
General contracting
Working from your design and specifications, we price and execute the works, manage trades and subcontractors, and oversee site safety, quality and progress through to handover.
Design-build
Design and construction are coordinated under one contract, giving you a single point of responsibility. We work with the design team to align the plans, budget and construction requirements from the outset.
