A 55-acre master-planned residential community, one of the largest private housing projects in Trinidad & Tobago. Works included 176 fully serviced lots, road networks, underground electrical and drainage, streetlighting, a grand entrance, a 6,000 ft river wall and detention systems for flood management, plus turnkey homes and a retail plaza.
